WELL. I forgot to take a picture....
Last week I scraped 18lbs of UBC (Used Beverage Container.... Aluminum Cans)
Though I live in a bottle bill state, crushed cans don't really work in the system like CRV would in California. Oregon's bottle bill is NOT by weight.

Anyway, when I find crushed cans, I just hold on to them until the next time I go to Metro Metals to scrap stuff. I find a lot of crushed cans all over Portland as no other bottle hound is picking these up (as they can not get five cents per can for them).

My 18lbs of aluminum landed me.....$6.30! Wahoo! Oh well, better than nothing. That 18lbs also equates to around 750-1000 cans (depending on the size). Hence why I'm bummed I forgot to take a picture.
I had been collecting this bunch from March 1st 2015 - May 20th 2015.
